Renovation and Addition
The Big Picture
The San Isabel Electric Headquarter facility consists of a 23,000 square foot, two-story office building with conference rooms, training and offices.
Ingenuity in Action
Adjacent to the new 23,000 square foot addition was the renovation of the former Ferguson Warehouse Building to a new Operations Building for San Isabel Electric. This remodel included 8,000 square feet of office space and renovations to 6,600 square feet to be used for operations work space.
